What to expect: Anatomy of a ‘Wedding Trailer’ event

  • Part I: Your base

    Our trailers are filled with “anything but basic” base inventory to cover the core items you need for wedding and event decor! The big stuff, like arches, vases, centerpieces, LED candles, easels, etc. High-end, carefully curated pieces to get you started. 

  • Part II: Your vibe

    Choose one of four accent collections to add to your trailer. Feature items, like chairs, rugs, and accent vases, are subtle enough to complement any theme, but add visual and design interest.

  • Part III: Your personal touch

    We get you most of the way, but leave room for you to add your own florals, sentimental items, and finishing details to your event to make it 100% your own.

From backdrops to centerpieces to accent rugs and chairs, we have the decor covered! You get access to 200+ decor items for one affordable price, plus additional decor items and signature rentals at a discounted 'member' price.

While we provide capsule packages, your wedding deserves to be more than a template! Every design and plan is customized to create a look that’s completely and uniquely you.

3. You set up according to your decor plan and step-by-step set up guide.

We got you! Each decor rental package comes with:

  • A full decor design plan with realistic mock-ups
  • A detailed set-up guide to show you (or your designated set-up person) exactly how the decor can be used and installed
